makan malam tgl 24/9/17

Ini dia makanan yang bikin kurus buat dimakan tengah malam.. 
Daging sapi panggang.. Plain hany pakingram dan merica..  No karbo tengaj malam.. 
Makan mie instan berbahan twpung tau nasi tengahj malam berpotensi bikin gemuk karena bentar lagi tidur
